We were one of the first retailers to deliver direct to her home – whether she lives in towns or more long distance places.
All of this happens from a 20 000m2 centralised single-pick omnichannel distribution centre enabling us to be in control of the supply chain. She is kept informed as to where the parcel is in the process along with reminding her the delivery date.
She also has the option of ‘click and collect’ from our showrooms, making it easier for working customers to pick up her parcel at one of the showrooms.
